JS Jets

Nine homepage ideas for JS Jets.

Each one is a full homepage. A to F use your real photos and job videos. G, H and I are new, and they put commercial clients first. They all have the new services, and they all speak to homes and businesses. They each feel very different. Have a look at all nine, then tell us which one you like.

OPTION A

Showroom

Calm, confident and premium. It feels like a high-end design studio, not a typical trades website.

The thinking

  • Huge, simple headline. Lots of space. That reads as "expensive and in control".
  • Your own job video plays in the hero, so visitors see real work in the first second.
  • "Home" or "Business": two giant links send each visitor to the right place.
  • Services shown as a clean menu. On a computer, a photo follows the mouse.
  • Drag-the-line before and after photos.
  • Commercial section reads like a spec sheet: insurance, hours, paperwork.

Best if

You want to win bigger commercial jobs and higher-value homes.

Van Livery

Loud, bold and impossible to miss. It looks like the side of a smart sign-written van.

The thinking

  • Black, hi-vis yellow and your blue. These are trade colours, and people remember them.
  • Big poster headline: "Dirty in. Spotless out." It says what you do in four words.
  • A moving strip lists every service, like a ticker.
  • Big photo tiles for each service. Before and after photos shown large, side by side.
  • Your phone number is always in view, in yellow.

Best if

You want the most phone calls and to stand out from every other local cleaner.

Organised, reliable and businesslike. The whole page looks like a neat, signed-off work report.

The thinking

  • Built for site managers, landlords and letting agents. They want proof and paperwork.
  • Each job is shown as a "job card" with a reference, the surface and the location.
  • Services in a clear table, so they are easy to compare.
  • A commercial spec sheet and a four-step process show you are organised.
  • The quote form asks for a company name and has a landlord / agent option.

Best if

You want more regular contract work from businesses and property managers.

Local Expert

Friendly, polished and local. This is the closest of the six to the External Experts site you liked.

The thinking

  • It follows the same page order as External Experts. You can compare the two side by side.
  • A big photo of a real JS Jets job fills the top, with a short, clear headline over it.
  • An "I'm interested in..." box takes people straight to a quote.
  • Services slide sideways as photo cards.
  • Before and after photos you can click through, then reviews, towns and FAQs.
  • Navy, cream and sand colours, with your blue for buttons.

Best if

You liked External Experts and want something in the same style.

Charcoal & Stone

Dark, warm and grown-up. It has the feel of External Experts, but in a look of its own.

The thinking

  • A big headline on dark charcoal, with a row of real job photos under it.
  • One photo is your own job video. It plays on its own, so people see you at work.
  • Two big cards split the site into "For your home" and "For your business".
  • All seven services in one clear list.
  • Drag-the-line before and after photos, with six jobs to pick from.
  • Your three contract plans (quarterly, monthly and bespoke) shown as cards.

Best if

You want to look premium and serious, for homes and businesses alike.

Home or Business

Clean, bright and modern. One switch at the top changes the whole page for homes or for businesses.

The thinking

  • A "Home / Business" switch sits next to your logo. Try clicking it.
  • Each visitor only sees what matters to them: their services, their photos and their quote form.
  • Home visitors see three easy steps. Business visitors see your contract plans.
  • Rounded photo cards for each service, plus a "Send a photo" card for people who are not sure.
  • White and light grey, with your blue. It is fresh, simple and easy to read.

Best if

You want one site that talks to homeowners and site managers equally well.

New · G, H and I

Built for commercial clients first.

These three lead with businesses: car parks, yards, shopfronts and managed property. Homeowners still have a place, but lower down. Some photos here are free stock photos, used as stand-ins. Each one is marked "Stand-in photo". We swap them for real JS Jets jobs.

Contractor

Sharp, organised and corporate. It looks like a firm that wins facilities contracts.

The thinking

  • Square edges, a strict grid and plain words. Big facilities firms look like this.
  • A "Commercial / Residential" switch at the very top. Commercial comes first.
  • The main button is "Request a site survey", not "Get a quote". That is how businesses buy.
  • A row of proof under the headline: insured, free survey, risk assessment, out of hours, written reports.
  • Numbered sections: sectors, services, how a contract starts, a contract table and a case study.
  • The quote form asks for company, site postcode, site type and how often.

Best if

You want to look like a serious contractor to facilities managers and businesses.

Out of Hours

Dark, bold and confident. The big idea: we clean while you are closed.

The thinking

  • Headline: "Clean by opening time. Every time." This is the one thing a business owner wants to hear.
  • A card shows how an out-of-hours visit works, from arriving to sending the report. It is marked "Example".
  • Big photo tiles for each type of site.
  • A sample visit report shows the paperwork a client gets. Also marked "Example".
  • Three contract plans, with the monthly one highlighted.
  • Dark charcoal with your blue. It feels premium and modern.

Best if

You want to stand out from every other cleaner, and you do or will do out-of-hours work.

Estates

Calm, smart and editorial. It feels like a property firm, not a trade.

The thinking

  • Written for managing agents, property managers, landlords and schools.
  • A classic serif font (letters with small "feet") and thin lines. This reads as "established and trusted".
  • A list of client types. Click one to see what you do for them.
  • "Why one contractor": a fixed budget, proper paperwork and one person to call.
  • The main button is "Request a proposal". Property managers use that word.
  • Warm off-white and deep navy, with your blue for links.

Best if

You want contracts with managing agents, landlords and schools that look after lots of property.

Good to know

These are design ideas only

Buttons and forms do not send anything yet. We build the working version once you pick a direction.

D to I use your real reviews, towns and contract plans from your current site. The green WhatsApp button in D and E is only useful if you use WhatsApp for work.

Photos we still need

  • A roof clean (before and after)
  • Gutter clearing
  • Soffits and fascias
  • For G, H and I: commercial jobs. Car parks, yards, shopfronts, your van and kit, and you at work in uniform.

Stills from your TikTok videos will work well.

Things to check with you

  • Which towns to list
  • Do you supply RAMS (risk assessment) paperwork?
  • Do you use WhatsApp for work?
